- Coaches and trains Tax Consultants and Senior Tax Consultants while setting a positive and encouraging example in the process.
- Reviews work papers and tax returns prepared by other tax department professionals.
- Continually communicates the progress of the tax return or research project with the engagement Manager or Partner.
- Identifies potential tax issues, performs research, and presents proposed solutions to Managers and Partners.

Qualifications:
The bookkeeper candidate should have a degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.

- Identify accounting and auditing issues in the engagement that need to be discussed and evaluated with the supervisor
- Work to fully comprehend the purpose of audit steps and be able to execute the steps with increasingly less supervision
