Josh Fricks earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of North Georgia and joined RYBD in 2018. As the leader of the firm’s advisory services, Josh provides proactive tax and accounting advice to small businesses and their owners across a variety of industries.
With a deep understanding of the tax code and a results-driven approach, Josh helps small businesses optimize their tax structure to achieve their goals and build after-tax net worth. He specializes in ongoing small business tax support in addition to properly structuring mergers and acquisitions to optimize tax outcomes. He is an active member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
Josh resides in Buford, Georgia, where he enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an active member of Ivy Creek Baptist Church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and attending Clemson football games.
